Ingredient: Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C). For cosmetic use only.

Cautions

Do not use in the presence of fever or discharge or where tympanic tubes (ear tubes) are present. Do not use if you have or suspect you have a perforated ear drum. If you suspect you have a perforated ear drum, consult a healthcare provider before using.

Ear washing should not hurt. If you experience pain in your ears while washing – STOP! And consult a healthcare provider.

Always wash with very warm body-temperature (98–100°F or 37–38°C) prepared* water (important for comfort). Dizziness may occur, especially when used with cold water. It is best to remain seated while washing ears.

*Important: Do not use tap water. Always use distilled water or previously boiled and cooled water to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Can I use the Ear Camera and WaxRx® system on my child?

Answer: Yes, the WaxRx® Ear Wash System can be used for children aged 12 and older, but we recommend using it under adult supervision. The Ear Camera is approved for ages 3+ under adult supervision. Always ensure the camera is handled gently around children’s ears.

What should I do if the camera won’t connect to my phone?

Answer: Make sure the camera is fully charged and the cap is removed to activate the Wi-Fi.
