For Items Purchased at a Retail Store
We do not accept returns for items purchased at retail stores. If you need to return an item purchased in-store, please return it to the original place of purchase. Returns will be subject to the retailer's return policy.
For Items Purchased Directly from Us (WaxRx.com Online Orders)
If you still wish to return your item, please follow these steps:
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Ship the complete item, in original condition and original packaging, along with your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to:

- Once received, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s).
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please note: We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Returns are accepted for U.S. orders only.
Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items
If your waxrx.com order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not working as intended, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue.
We're happy to offer a replacement or exchange for the same item in these cases. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items and may decline exchanges where there is evidence of misuse or intentional damage.
